Be the Go-To Leader

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead project meetings and keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships that create trust and drive project success.

Manage the Details That Matter

  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and vendor management.

Drive Results

  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks before they impact timelines or costs.
  • Support estimating efforts and prepare project forecasts and cost analyses.

Deliver Quality & Safety

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, contract requirements, and safety expectations.
  • Oversee punch list completion and project closeout activities.
  • Partner with field teams to maintain efficient and safe jobsite operations.

Help Develop the Team

  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction and general contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Stays calm under pressure and finds solutions when challenges arise.
  • Takes pride in delivering projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
